Do not eat, drink, smoke or chew gum for 30 minutes before giving your saliva sample.

Start giving your saliva sample.
Spit until the amount of liquid saliva (not bubbles) reaches at least the level shown above.
Put the container on a flat surface. Screw the cap onto the container. Make sure that the cap is closed tightly.

Mix gently for at least 10 seconds. Recycle outer packaging.
