Georgia Genomics Facility (GGF)
Description of services:
The Georgia Genomics Facility (GGF) is a sequencing and genotyping laboratory which provides services worldwide. The services we offer include capillary Sanger sequencing as well as high-throughput Roche 454 sequencing. We also offer various genotyping services: fragment analyses (microsatellite DNA and AFLP) are run on the ABI 3730xl, whereas we have various platforms for SNP genotyping (Illumina BeadXpress, TaqMan Open Array, and Real-Time PCR instrument). DNA purification can be performed at the GGF using various techniques and on different sample types: bacterial cells, blood, buffy coat, saliva, plants, animal tissues and others. cDNA synthesis and normalization are also offered.

Dr. Van Haeringen Laboratorium b.v.
In the field of DNA typing, Dr. Van Haeringen Laboratorium b.v. (VHL) has obtained a worldwide reputation over the last 25 years by quality, service and know-how. At the moment VHL offers over 1,000 routine tests for animals, plants and micro-organisms. In collaboration with clients, VHL performs many different projects in various fields. VHL collaborates with clients from different areas of expertise, such as agriculture including veterinarian diagnostics, the pharmaceutical industry, feed & food technology, basic research and organizations related to accompanying animals.
As a DNA Service Laboratory VHL is experienced on several DNA techniques such as Genotyping of SNPs and InDels, MCPC, Sequencing, realtime PCR for pathogen detection, microsatellite analysis, etc. As a technology leader, VHL is used to implement new techniques fast and reliable.
The availability and possibilities of DNA and RNA Technologies has enabled Genetic Services of an entirely new level. Within our scopes, genetic testing is based on a selection of High Throughput platforms, enabling optimal quality and flexibility for a wide spectrum of applications:

Description of services:
Maxxam provides a comprehensive menu of species and breed-specific tests that help breed associations broaden the services that they supply to their members. We work with industry leaders to apply genetic technologies to address issues of breed traceability and product improvement. Maxxam provides services that include genetic identity testing; DNA parentage confirmation; diagnostic detection of specific genetic diseases and traits of interest; high-quality and yield DNA purifications; and custom projects for clients.
Applications:
Maxxam employs a suite of molecular markers for genetic identity, DNA parentage and detection of specific genetic diseases and traits of interest.
